I'm so pleased I picked up the phone and booked Graham to take a look at my parent's PC problem in a home visit. In a world full of greed and selfishness, it was such a breath of fresh air finding such a genuine, humble and knowledgeable guy. He was able to fix the issue quickly and at an extremely reasonable rate. Wow am I so glad I was recommended to Graham at Bit'z and PC's! Having been very underwhelmed with expensive and often less than satisfactory IT support for my business for the past several years, I needed someone to project manage and handle the migration of all my data from my Windows 10PC to a Windows 11 PC before support for Windows 10 expired. I contacted several companies and either they didn't bother to reply to emails or calls or they came back and wanted to charge a kings ransom for doing the migration, setting up programs, email accounts etc. I was recommended to Graham and called him and I was immediately impressed by his depth of knowledge, methodical approach, and very reasonable pricing. So I went with him. On the agreed day, he turned up promptly and seamlessly set up the new PC and monitor, migrated all the data across (there was a lot of it), set all the programs up and tested them, set up my email accounts, plus encryption on the PC, a backup program to external hard drives and encrypted those etc Not only that but he was a hive of information and suggested several ways of improving my PC set up and working practises which I have since adopted. These have made life so much easier! Plus when I got the bill I felt he was worth every penny! I am now using him going forward to help enhance my business and will be using him for all things IT, both work wise and personal. I just wish I'd come across him sooner to be honest! If you have any IT issues that need sorting or need good, honest advice I'd recommend Graham anytime!

I have found Bit'z & PC's to be very helpful, they will always try and get your device up and running. They will always give you an honest appraisal, weather your much loved pc or laptop can be upgraded, or that its time to upgrade. Graham is brilliant at solving IT problems and understanding the customer, their individual needs and he works with them to support their own level of technical knowledge.

It looked like I'd have to buy a new laptop: mine was running so slowly I couldn't even use Skype - the caller would ring off before I could answer. Every programme took an age to load. Graham had already done a terrific job on my partner's PC so I asked him to take a look at it. Happily he suggested a solution that has it running faster than it ever did, and he has saved me the expense and trouble of buying a new machine. Highly recommended.
